a sparkle in my day

slept at 6am this morning. i did whatever i could with my micro lab report (got stuck gave up...started wowing) till bout 3-4am...then stayed up restlessly till 5ish...and just as i was falling asleep......the power tripped and a siren started blaring.

so anyways, i am a groggy jo today.



I recieved a call from a rather tired sounding guy.

jo: *Sees unknown number* "Hello..." *types at comp*

mr caller: "hi i'm calling representing **** with regards to your resume.."

jo: "Oh...*groggy*...sure" <---- i dunno why i said SURE. :| i sounded so sarcastic.


mr caller: "would you be free on...monday...to meet...to discuss your application?"

jo: "oh. i have lessons till 6pm. i'm still studying now, but i will be graduating in may which is very soon." mr caller: "okay...so when are you free"

jo: *looks around frantically suddenly aware that she is not in hall and schedule is in hall* erms, can i call you back? i'm not too sure at the moment. "

mr caller: *sounds irritated* sure. call back next monday.

on a side note, i went to dig about tosee what i applied for ...



turns out the academy is probably in toa payoh...or the office is at biopolis opposite the reuters building. everything, is far from shitty shengkang.
