...Because Sunday was a welcomed break
finally a day off.
so what did i do? i went out to cold storage to buy a bunch of bananas, a whole chicken, conditioner, ordered contact lenses, bought contact lense solution, drew money for mar-der, bought a top to wear to work along the way, and spent the rest of the evening at home just chilling.
boy, it's been an expensive day. :S

work this week has been a real terror. i got really depressed during the week, cuz of the long hours and high stress. To top it off, my knee cartilage is really giving way now, my knees creak and click when i walk or even shift my weight about. earlier this evening as i lay on my bed with my knees half bent, i felt abit of a stabbing kind of dull pain. :
friday night i worked till 11pm. why? because my bacteria which i needed on sat morning, just refused to turn out the way i wanted them to, and there seems to be a contamination or something.
then i realise...after saturday when the kids use the bact and chuck em into the incubator....i would need to take them out of the fridge on SUNDAY MORNING.

can cry man. so i came up with a foolproof plan - fuck it, dont put them in the incubator, i'll just leave them on the table top. lower temp = slower growth. woohoo.
hopefully, it works. :S

sigh, i just found out a while ago that i'll be working this hard, and nights almost all the time, all the way till dec. :( really dunno how man...tho i quite enjoy strolling into work late because i kinda EARNED the right to be late with all the OT i've done. hehe.
it's off to bed now, because the weekend is never long enough, and the work week replays again.

come on jo !! its pay day soon for yer !!! i still gotta wait till the 12th lor... sob.... dun worry la... take it as a form of training when you start off with such long hours.. after this, any other job will be a breeze for you .... jus like what the teachers always tell me : if you can teach in pink yee, you can teach anywhere !! heee... ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE !! Hwee Hwee .. Hwee hwee hwee hwee hwee hwee ... HEE...

hahaha one of the managers said the same thing to me. my pay day is AFTER yours by the way!
