They just sent me a 2007 organizer with helpful hints to get to my goal of buying my own place to stay before i turned 35!

Here's some nuggets of wisdom:

• Resist the temptation to be someone you're not.
  The truth will be out sooner or later. Just be yourself.
• Send the right signals when on a date. What you wear and say may prompt your date to form preconcieved notions of you.
