...Because the week was long, busy, but fun fun fun

I realise that it's becoming a habit to jam pack every single waking hour with work or activities. so, it's a really busy weeek!!!!

but more imptly...I FINALLY GOT MY CAKE!!!! heh heh heh.

finally after all my sneaky subliminal msgs (i guess endless chanting about "where's my bday cake" helps) and ruthless teasing...the busy monster surprised me with cake. if the cake wasnt surprising, him surprising me is surprising. first reaction? "IT'S SO UNLIKE UUU!!!! did u do something wrong????!!!!"

i'm terrible right?

so like teenagers we went to labrador park nearby to kick back after a week of work to lean back, relax, enjoy our cake with the sea breeze and hoards of screaming children. is it the school holidays now?!??!?

but come to think of it, i dont quite remember where my time went. hmm. i think it was partly because bm was really busy too, on top of my one day mc from diarrhea. everything was a blur, the week just went by so quickly.

but some highlights - headed to my ex-colleague's place for dinner on thursday, for a meal cooked by his wife. heh heh. his house is damn nice man! 5 room flat (but 3 bedrooms lei dunno why considered 5 room), really big and spacious, and nice decor, and veryveryveryvery good view of a huge water catchment area just almost at the foot of his block, but seperated by a cross junction.

sadly, it's in JURONG. :\

think i'd prefer living around *gasp* sengkang or punggol now that i've gotten more used to living here, bad food and all. but the coolest thing about his place? enough space to set aside a room to put his drumset and collection of guitars! hohoho...

he also forced us to sit thru "spirited away", a jap anime movie that's pretty old but was pretty damn good too. it's a night of discovery, man. hhehehe the funniest characters to me are the enchanted balls of soot...damn cute man....
