My School is Full Of...
...Weirdos.
Just came back from the canteen after tea with a friend of mine and a packed lunch in hand. first i walk to the table to sit, group of 3 guys kept staring. even those that didnt face us turned to look at us.
"u know them?"
"dunno lei..."
shrugs. sat down. tea'ded and got up to leave and again they did the head turning stare thing and i stared back at them.
"u really dunno them ah?"
"nope"
"then why they stare until like that?"
*shrugs*
my school is full of weirdos.
anyway, i missed a lec today because i was dawdling and it was raining and in the end decided not to go cuz i always cant actually HEAR much less decipher what my lecturer is saying so right now sitting in my room going thru my notes and making my own notes. and just as well that i didnt go for lecture, because i recieved a phone call bout an application i sent out two days ago in a response to a job ad in an email that was maied to 600 3rd year students - and i got called up for an interview. they wanted to interview me today (called at 12, wanted interview at 2??!??) but i obviously couldnt make it because
1 - i had to rush for work later if the interview is at 4.
2 - i had to prepare for work too
3 - i didnt have any of my supporting documents here with me in hall.
so i asked for another date and they scheduled me down for bright and early tues morning. i doubt they would still need someone then, considering they started interviews today, so, i'll just take the interview as a practice interview to get used to the whole interview process. in anycase, would be good if i could get the job, because it's a lab officer job in the medical faculty which i am really interested in, and also, it's in SCHOOL - can save money on food! woot! :P oso, it's familiar ground. just that travelling will be a bitch lah, but i think once i'm earning i can justify borrowing the car now and then hehe.
