Fantasizing
as usual when i'm supposed to be studying, i am blogging.
well, maybe not so much of fantasizing. rather, things i hope to splurge on if i ever run into shitloads of money.
1. a new hp ($300-$1000). my current one is dying. screen flickers, calls hang, "insert sim". heh. perhaps a dopod, o2 atom, or just a normal phone...k800i with 3.2mgpic cam. :P~
2. epilator ($49). i wish to be a SM hairless scum. hahaha. not buying it now even tho its below $50, cuz $50 can be used for more useful things...like food and beer. hehehe.
3. d70 or the like ($1300<< almost the price of a PDA phone niah!)...depends on whats on the market by the time i have a shiteload of money.
4. certifications certifications certifications. since study finish liao, kinda have "no aim" in life other than to workworkwork for promotions etc. i shall now try to fuel my singaporean yuppiness to attaining certifications for things like rockclimbing ($50), canoeing ($50), diving ($250 for course only) etc.....or maybe cooking class? hehehehehhe. i wanna learn how to give hair cuts too tho. save $$ for the pple around me, and i get to wield scissors about ur ears!

5. plan a dive trip in nice digs. $400-$500 diving trip to malaysia is possible it seems, but in reallly frugal accomodations. perhaps should get certified in sg, before going overseas? then my yuppiness will have me planning annual trips to different places, maciam pri sec tert....instead its sg, malaysia, thailand, maldives....would use the prog package for the dive trip with bebe, but with no job confirmation to come back to, i'm abit sians to go out and enjoy. somethings just have to get done first lah, wanna enjoy must make sure everything is taken care of also mah. besides, need to money to float if still jobless by graduation. :(
The prospect of no longer being a student and earning moolah, makes me think of money money money and things to do with it. tho clearly, i would have other responsibilities to do with my cashflow, and little leeway for fun with it. guess thats why i'm fantasizing right?
ay. how come i suddenly identify myself to being a yuppy huh?
jialatz man. but i think these little activities will make life less mundane other than the 9-5. since i dun like shopping and dont have the habit of watching movies, i should just push myself to do more sporty/outgoing things, since thats the most productive of all the things i dont like (which seems to be everything).
back to the books. :|
