...Because in a series of unexpected events...

so the month is about to come to an end soon, and it's ending in a strange twist.

someone gave me a contact for a job opening as a research assistant. and tho everyone just says "apply lahh", i'm seriously hesitant.

1 - i still feel so fresh. i do stupid things that kill proteins. :$
2 - i've never been in a research environment before.
3 - after i leave here, and go there....i leave there and go...where?
4 - 3 months for a job change is fishy isnt it.
5 - i'm like my own government right now at work...
6 - there's a new lab opening, being around to see it develope might be good
7 - the longer i stay, the more certification i'll get. in the span of 3 months, i've already got 2.

sigh this is like really bugging me...I want to do more than just wash test tubes, but some how a teaching environment -cum-Lab is like the perfect place for me, tho i see that the research experience would do me good for the future, if i wish to pursue working in other labs like those at a polytechnic...but i do see a trend that they seem to want lecturers with a masters and pHD more now.

i should just apply and see how ya?

sigh.

Looks like you rather stay in your old stressful job :P But if it lets you learn more things and you see potential for improvement and self-upgrade then that's good. However, in the new place, its not only better equipped and more advanced, the ppl there also know more stuff and it would look great on resume. Its really up to ya!.. potential plus point: if you go to the new place we could meet for lunch! :D
