...Because i got 17 days...

of leave to clear. so i took halfday today....to go fix my hp (another long and stupid story which i think is best forgotten!).

so anyway, my boss is away to japan till monday, and he told me to take the week off since he wasnt around, and since we got a shit load of experiments to do when he comes back, and since i've been working, and already gonna be working 7 days a week for the next 6 months...might as well clear some leave, get some time off to enjoy..

but still feel guilty for taking off tho i've been green lighted to take off (note, off lei, not even leave).

sigh, why do i always feel so guilty about everything in my life?!?!?

having a rare afternoon out of work and by myself left me in a rabid search for necessities (eg - contact lense solutions, stock up on shampoos, vit c tablets etc etc etc) and ended up spending like a hundred bucks (necessities alone!! AAH!!!) whilst i waited for bm to take his halfday too. But it's really great to get away from work, surf the net for banal things, walk around the supermarket, pick through grocery items, lounging in bed, reading movie reviews, surfing friendster....

heheheh..17 more days of leave to go! (24 half days! omg!)
